According to sources, West will be staying in the city for a few days to work on “D W”, the women’s fashion label created by the star. The fashion line which debuted at the Paris Fashion Week in October last year did not receive very good reviews.

The Phenomenal hip hop artist is staying at the Taj Mahal Palace and Towers Hotel at Colaba. Sources report him to be staying at the Rajpoot room at the hotel. It is the same room where Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie stayed when they were in Mumbai a few years ago for the film “A Mighty Heart”. The management believes this elaborately ornamented and comfortable room will suit West who is known to be extremely particular about everything in a hotel from décor to food.
The suit has a study with mirrored ceiling resembling the Sheesh Mahal.

The all-star compilation album by Kanye West has been reported to be releasing this spring. This album was first announced in October 2011.

The album, compiled by West, is comprised of performances from various artists. Sources said that artists working in this album have confirmed that recording sessions have recently taken place in London. West is going to appear on this album alongside artists like Big Sean, Marsha Ambrosiu, Mannie Fresh, Jay Electronica, Pusha-T and Frank Ocean.

The London based rapper was also reported of having a meeting with the makers of popular computer game “Angry Birds”. West met up with the “Angry Birds” creator team in London earlier this month. According to sources, they discussed ideas and ways of working together during this late night meeting.
